REAL building has created certification guidelines shown below. All materials, products or equipment used should, where possible, incorporate or add value to one or more of these points.
REAL building projects aim to be sited, designed, constructed, and operated to enhance the well-being of occupants, and minimize negative impacts on the community and natural environment.

- Use recycled content materials in their construction

- Reduce environmental impact
